Very cute. I like the one tiny foot visibly gripping the perch. You should tone down that perch, and there is a blown spot on the neck. Good clean BG, but you'll need to fix the post-processing marks in the LLC, should be easy with the clone tool. A square comp would work very well here by cropping a good portion of the top.
She really pops nicely against the dark BG only wish it was uniform through the frame also there seem to be one hot spot on the breast, still nicely done.

Like the darker background, really makes the bird stand out as mentioned. I don't remember seeing many hummer photos with such a background. Flash used?
I like the way that the thin perch lets the viewer know just how tiny these birds are. The minor blow out on the neck feathers might be fixable. Very nice.
