    Default Warbling Vireo

While out with my good friend Daniel Cadieux this morning, we used an audio recording to call this species to a suitable perch. Canon 20D w/ 200 F/2.8L, F/5.6 @ 1/800 sec, ISO 200, Manual exposure

Nice light, and singing pose. The light bands in the BG are a little distracting, but not overly so. I might crop it a bit tighter. The 200 f/2.8 is a nice lens, but it is a bit short for most bird photography.

This little vocal fella sure cooperated this morning! We had good light too. Pretty nice singing pose. I'm OK with the light bands, except the more defined one in LLC. Cropping is an option to hide away the dark streak at right. See ya tomorrow again!

Great light, details and singing pose. Another vote for a tighter crop.

Nice and sharp, tip to tip. I like the pose too. Nice work getting this one to pose for you.

Stunning light and detail Wayne. I like the open beak, and I would crop from the bottom to the underside of the perch. Great image.
