    Default smokey mountain view

Hi, I've worked with this, cropped, removed a few branches, burned in some shadows, adjusted some color. Now I can't decide if it is too blah to be interesting or if it has that smokey mountain haze look that is symbolic of that area. Is the tree in the foreground distracting, or does it help by adding another layer? (Not sure why, but my file info won't come up even on the original.)

    Hi Hazel,
I do like the hazy layers but find, as you suspected, the FG tree distracting. You say you cropped......any more room on the right side? ...or was the crop just from the top? This has interesting possibilities and will wait for your reply before I offer any more suggestions. If you post the full size it may offer some different takes or ideas from others that you may have overlooked.

This is not too blah. I like the layers of mountains but with all the horizontal lines, could this be cropped into a landscape format image?
