Yesterday at work, we had a plant shutdown of 1 hour, so our electricians could perform repairs on our high voltage system...no equipment was on, nothing to monitor....I walked around and found this little spider, got out my camera and tripod out of the car...then power came back on, back to the grind, getting all the equipment started and running.....

Now THAT'S the way to spend a free hour! Really cool angle and great clarity! Love the way we can see all the discombobulated spider threads hanging about.

Another composirion might have been to put him more in one of the bottom corners of the image and had him heading towards the opposite upper corner by turning the camera a bit. Probably couldn't do that with the tripod this time around but always a thought for next time.

Paul, The BG color is great! You've got nice details and an interesting perspective!

    Paul,

I agree about the background color and perspective. I would have liked to see a little more light on the body to bring out more detail.
