I created this image last Saturday morning while at the family farm,my first sighting of this species ever and what a treat as he posed for several photos. Canon 20D w/200 F/2.8L, F/5.6 @ 1/1000 sec, ISO 200, Manual exposure at +1/3 EC

Whoa, lucky you! I'd imagine that this is a rather smallish bird and to catch it with a 200mm you did an awesome job. You caught perfect light, BG and a relatvely good perch. Congrats, I cannot say anything negative. The yellows appear fine to me.
Always great fun to get a new one. Nice pose, head angle.
The eye is just a little soft on my monitor. Perhaps some selective USM could bring it up a bit.
The colors in the background are nice, but almost too close to the bird, it almost seems to blend in just a bit. It might be interesting to do some tweaking on the background in the interest of better isolating the bird from it.
Some may not like the shadows on the lower portion of the bird, but I find it effective.
