Very nice work, Steve. I like everything about this image-great detail, light, pose, beautiful slit eyes, vole in mouth, wet ears and back, and a great BG. Fine Job!

I really like the light in this, as it has brought out the lovely orange of the fox. The whites are well exposed, and overall this is nice and sharp. Great OOF BG too. Great image Steve.

Love the light and colours. Lot of details in the image. The vole in mouth is a big bonus. Nice expression. Thanks for sharing.

Hi Steve. Very cool action captured and also nice light, comp, and sharpness. My only nit is that I'm seeing some noise in the background that you could probably fix easily. Well done.

    Thanks for the comments all.

Steve, I gotta say I can't see the noise you're seeing. In which part do you see it?

    Steve
What an excellent behavior image. Clear and crisp with wonderful light. I swear I can hear the crunching of the bones in that vole. Well done.

Maybe what I'm seeing is a bit of posterization between some of the light and dark colors in the background, for example, in the ULC. In any event, it's a minor thing and I would be thrilled to have this image. :)

    Hey Steve,
I checked this out on my work monitor and could clearly see what you were talking about. Still can't see it on the home monitor but I don't know if that means this one's good or the work one is bad. Probably somewhere between the two. :) May have to actually calibrate this home one sometime. Thanks for the tip.

Great shot! Love the light and the "snack" hanging out of the mouth.

Wonderful image! The colors pop off the screen and the light is nice! Congrats!
Small nit, seems a bit oversharpened (uncalibrated work monitor)
