Well, I will give you a rest and stop with the Andean Condors for a while, and today I wanted to share with you this Turkey Vultre photograph under the same conditions as the Condors but the day after, with a little better light angle, the BG is not sky, is just far low mountains and valleys, we were at more than 3000 feet of altitude standing on the edge!! Hope you like it! Enjoy!!
Ps: I wish I had at least this light angle when the Andean Condors showed up :(
Beautiful,
I had a similar shot and I was advised to do some eye surgery and remove the reflection, I think your shot can also benefit from this. Great plumage detail.
I really like the banking angle in this. Amazing wingspan. I think you have the perfect comp for this, and he stands out nicely against the BG. I would have liked to have seen this closer.
The light on the feathers is great, love the detail and colour. Have you thought of selectively darkening the BG a bit?
Very nice sighting thanks for sharing. I love these big raptors.
Thanks for all your comments and thoughts, the BG colors was as it looks as is it not sky but distant mountains below me, I'll work on a repost to correct the magenta cast you see. Thanks!
