Same treatment as the one I posted yesterday. I really like the wing positions in this image.

    30D, 300/4 + 1.4x, ISO400, f/8, 1/1000th, +1/3, evaluative metering, Av mode.

Note: I have started to use manual mode more profusely of late, but as I was starting to set it up by taking an image and checking my histogram, the action started so a couple of friends and I quickly made our way to get close so I ended up with Av mode.

It's part of a cloud Dejan. Thanks. :)

Very nice capture Akos. Good eye contact, pose and comp. Have you considered a square crop here?
I would clone out the cloud. you seem to have lost a bit of detail in the feathers and feet, did you run a NR on the bird?

The great eye contact and the dangling talons make this a very nice image Akos! I'd probably crop a little off the left; the square crop that Dave suggested isn't a bad idea.

    Hi Akos!

Impressive treatment in a pleasing image, alert eye & dangling feet. I might push it upwards some more.

Stunning light Akos, and like the hovering posture. Lovely detail on the eye, and stands out nicely against the sky. Well captured.

Great light and pose on the bird! I'd also crop a small amount in.

Ákos I like the composition a lot and the timming is just perfect. Love that red eyes. I am tempted to selectively toning down the BG a bit to made the bird to pop-up more. We have a lot of Elanus caeruleus here but they are really shy and difficult to photograph. Very well done mate :-)
