    Default Spring Morning Shakeoff

On my final ride in the morning Everglades, with the top down as usual, I spotted this beauty strolling through the wild spring flowers. Just a grab shot from the driver's seat. I wished for more at the bottom (slope from culvert hid the feet) and more of a head turn, but I loved catching the shake. I opened up because of the close grass BG. I kind of like the effect.

    Hi David,
I agree with you. it would be nice to have a little more room at the bottom. The patch of grass on the LRC that is sharp, keeps drawing my eyes away from the bird.

Good self critique pointing out two details that couls improve the image. Havind said that, a very painterly look that looks great.

The background is very interesting and does give the image a painted feel. The whites appear a little dull to me. I would see if they brightened up any by subtracting black from the whites in selective colors. Thanks for sharing.
