    Had this old image on file and applied a glowing edges filter and then a crosshatch brushstroke. Adjusted brightness and contrast bit. Fun assignment.

    Dave, Super job with the glowing edges.I keep trying to get one right with that filter but to date have only done one. This is a nice composition and your frog has a cool looking texture!!

    Looks like black light Dave. Like the neon look with the glowing edges and the black water. Very cool:)

    Yes, a very nice black light effect you created here. I like the comp of the neon frog peering into the night. Beautiful!
