Great alert pose with a meal to boot. BG is nice, The bird is a bit over-sharpened to my taste.
Good catch for both of you :)

It would have been great to have the light over the entire bird, but it is as is. I agree, the pose is cool and to me it is a little too sharp too.

    Congrats Juan Carlos. :)

Real nice Juan Carlos !!! Excellent pose and love seeing the meal !! I think the sharpest point is the base of the wing !! Agree with the over-sharpening Fine image !!!

Like the pose and the mouthful of bugs is a nice touch. Sharpening mentioned.

Hello Akos and thank you so much for your input.

I wonder why you find the light uneven. Please let me know. If the head looks a bit darker is because is darker that the rest of the body. :)

That's why I love this site!

In the last year I have learned so much, not only about photography itself, but also about post processing, ornithology and even more!

One great asset this site has is the fact that you can be sure to have the best advise on how to improve you work. I love it here and I consider my self a proud BPN member.

Ok guys, too much bla bla bla.
I did this completely new post processed image. Please let me know how sharpness looks now.

    Thank you all.

Now its soft... NO NO... only joking. Your repost has worked out very well. Lovely pose, great inquisitive head turn, and her catch a bonus. I would maybe darken the BG a bit. Well done Juan.
