    Think I would crop some off the bottom - nice action and love those outstretched wings, nice detail in there as well. The water drops really add to the feel. Well done :)

    Stuart I am will you with the Reddish Egrets!!! You had lovely light and the BG is very nice. Great timing!!!

    Pose and splash are great but I would put the bird lower in the frame.

    I'd crop the foreground water by half. Love the spread wings and splashing water. Well done Stuart! :)

    A fantastic lift off pose...the wing spread and the droplets are fun to see. The bg has enough interest that reducing the blue bottom helps keep attention on the subject. As I look at the bird's neck it looks a little blurry in the middle, did you clone or quick mask something in? I also think that the overall color palette is a bit drab, perhaps increase contrast and brightness a bit, and add a hint more sharpening? (Others may disagree with my suggestion, PS is not my forte)

    Very nice pose. Photographing these guys is just so much fun. I would absolutely try to crop a bit off of the bottom.
