This shot is a cropped image of the Chimps at Lion Country Safari in West Palm Beach. They were distant, but the shot was made to be taken. Hope you agree and hope your days are as fulfilling as theirs. ;)

    Enjoy.

I like the idea but not sure of the end result. I personally wish to see some sort of eye contact between the subjects in these settings. If you could have gotten them with their faces apart gazing at each other that would have put it over the top. Exposure is pretty good based on the angle of the sun relative to the chimps.

    Thanks Mike, agreed.

However, even with human subjects, I would not go up and tap them on the shoulder at this point to ask them to "please look at the birdie!" ;) Probably would get the same reaction only the chimps are a lot stonger than human subjects would be.

Aside from that, sometimes the intregue of not knowing adds to the mistique of the scene. Just one thought I had when posting it.

Additionally, there is more to this scene that I cropped out. Another chimp was in the frame, walking by and looking at these two. However, there was debris in that area that I felt would ruin the image. Was interesting however, as he walked by and they just kept on keeping on ... :D

    Thanks again and

    Make A Great Day!
