    Love the details on the head and eye! I like the motion blur in the wings and the BG as well. Minor nit; better wing position and less merge between far wing and head.

    Wonderful to capture these beauties in flight. They were my favorite birds when we visited Kenya. I find the saturation just a tad strong . Like the clean BG and the touch of blur. If it had been captured a 1/100th of a second later the tail feather would have been free but hey I would love to have this in my files. Thanks for sharing Kobus.

    I like the colors, BG and pose. The bird must have been quite fast considering the motion blur of the wings at this shutter speed.

    These LBR's have such amazing colours, and you have shown them up very well with this shot Kobus. Great timing for the take off too.

    Hi Kobus!

    Way colorful. I would back down slightly on the head sharpening, and if it fits your ethics, clone out the stem crossing the tail.
