Lovely abstract. Liked the small blotches formed by the flowers.

Nice blur Denise. I hope one day you may share your technique with us. I might lighten some of the darker greens (UR area) a bit to match the lighter pastels of the flowers. Just my idea though. Really like your blurs as a whole though, you've got the technique down:)

Jackie, I mostly just slow down the shutter speed. For this blur I turned the camera in a circular motion. It depends on what I am shooting. The flowers had a round look so that is why I did a circular motion. But sometimes I use a fan or the breeze if I want a flowing look.Trees I would move up or down or both -but I haven't had alot of practice with those. For scenery images I shoot a pan-blur style. Experiment-I do approx 30 shots to each keeper on a good day. The more I practice the more keepers I seem to get. I think they are fun and I love Impressionist paintings so I guess that is why I am drawn to the blurs.

the soft pastel colors here are really nice. there's something peculiar about this one for me. it's either too much blur or too big of gap between the flower. maybe i just want more. i guess it's a man thing.:)
