That is good news. It might be a good idea to write down the AF adjustment values, just in case...

The Canon firmware text recommends updating the Canon Utility software. Anyone know where to find the update software? Please point me in the right direction - thanks ....

Thanks, Bill - I'd been looking at that page, but hadn't chosen the operating system - when I did, all the software updates became available. I was just being a bit thick - sorry!
