I like the lacey look of the breeding plumage against the background that is dark enough to be elegant, but not burned in so much as to look weird. Well done!

I like the contrast with the dark background and the fine feather detail. I would get rid off the light area top right.

Super comp and pose, and great contrast in colours Don. Excellent feather detail, and I would try and tone down the sheen on his right leg.

Well done Don! If anything from me, a slightly tighter crop from the top. Great feather details and nice comp. Agreed with Stuart re: right leg. I think that's an easy fix. :) Congrats!

    Don,

Beautiful capture and great detail in the feathers. I like that the beak follows the same line as the rear feathers. I agree with Akos with a tighter crop at the top.

Awesome shot! Love the contrast and black background. Another vote for darkening the light spot at the top...it did draw my eye....but stellar otherwise!

Very elegant and dramatic with the dark BG. Plumes seems to be flowing in the wind, giving it a very graceful appearance. Well seen and captured.

The contrast between white plumage and dark background is really wonderful. Well seen!
