    Hi Folks:

    Hi

Caught this pair of Lazuli Buntings on neighbours Ocotillo cactus in full bloom yesterday morning just after sunrise.

Setting up new laptop with lots of goodies, memory, HD etc. Nvidia Geforce display with eye-one display 2 monitor calibration, have been doing a lot of tweaking, and not comfortable with display. Sharpening and saturation look a bit much to my old eyes, but prints up nice at 8.5 x 11 glossy and great for notecards.

Any visual improvement welcome and appreciated

Uncle Gus where have you and Gina been? Nice capture, excellent background. Beautiful colors on those birds. HA on one is fine, the other, well you might need a little bail money for the HA police.
    Congrats.

Uncle Gus - welcome back - good to see you :)
Like the composition - some may say something about the perch entering from the right hand corner - doesn't bother me.
Far bird looks a tad soft in the head area and not sure if I hear sirens ;)

Nice to have you back Gus !!! What a treat !!!

Would just try stopping down more for better dof !!! Having both in the same plane would be best !!! Good looking birds and fine poses with good head angles !!!

Gus, Hello to you and Gina!! Miss you guys around here. Lovely birds and a beautiful perch-hard to get two in focus as Alfred mentioned. Might tone down the sky a bit.
