When I'm knocking about town or on short trips where I don't need a lot of camera gear I keep my camera in a beat up old ice chest. I have a ferocious guard dog to help protect it:D

.... he can't do much more than keeping on top of things :) Cute !!!
Adorable Chris:)
Very cute image!!
You can tell this little fellow is on the job...:D...Question Chris...why do you keep you camera equipment in an old ice chest?
Boy, that doggie has eyes full of suspicion! Wonderful, and love the idea of the ice chest. Any chance to peek inside to how things are arranged? :)
great image and caption....keen idea on the "nobody want this" ice chest
I keep my camera gear for short trips and around town in an ice chest /cooler for two primary reasons. Number one it is convenient and it keeps my camera gear safe from the heat if I leave it in the car. Number two as was already guessed here is that typically no one wants to break into a car and steal an old beat up ice chest.
Akos,
Nothing fancy or special about how it is arranged. I just use foam and white foam coreboard. I have two pieces of foam cut out. One cut out for a camera and the 300mm zoom and another short lens and another cut out for a camera and the 100-400 zoom. I usually only carry one camera and a lens but using foam core and another piece of foam I can layer it and carry both cameras and three lenses though I seldom do it.
I hope this explains it.
God's blessings to all,
chris

Oh how adorable. Love the boot! Good idea on the cooler too.
Chris this is great looking guard dog and the eyes and face are awesome. Like your camera chest too. Very innovative to say the least !!! Thanks for sharing.
