Hi everyone. What a sweet looking forum. Wishing you all the best in this coming year.

This is my first image taken in 08, just a few hours ago. Birds attracted with a recording.

Alan.....let me be the first to welcome you.....and give you your first hate you of 2008. You know how much I want that bird....and you have 2....gimme a break! I love the diagonal and cones. One feeding....one upright. Rather reminds me of a teeter totter!!! It has all the qualities that I'd hope for....and especially appreciate that both birds are in focus.

    The Murph himself!!!!!!!!!!

Wow, wonderful to have you on board and this image is to die for, double the pleasure :)
Great DOF and colors, what makes it even more special is the inverted positions of the birds.

    Looking forward to more :)

Hi Alan, great to see you here too. This is excellent. I really like the diagonal in the frame and the wonderful DOF that covers both birds. I have been trying for this species for some time. I am green with envy.

I really like the inclusion of the needles in both ends of the branch. It frames the birds very nicely.
    Great dof and composition.
