    Haven't posted in Avian for a while so thought I'd jump back in with this image of a relatively tame juvenile Caracara down at Viera (I'm sure it's been a popular subject for many photographers lately).

    I really like your composition. You carefully placed the flowers in the frame, and your chosen angle has created some nice layers of FG, BG, and sky. Speaking of the sky, I feel it is too "cyan". A better head turn would have been ideal, and I would look at the idea of recuperating some more details in the darks. Overall quite pleasing.

    I to very much like the composition of this one. Well done.
    I do believe there is some hidden detail in the shadows on the bird that could be pulled up selectively.

    Hi Rich: THis is a pretty special picture and something you won't see too often. These birds are pretty elusive and to capture one in this pose with wildflowers is pretty special. I agree with the cyan issue, but once that issue is remedied, you have a winner IMHO.
