    “Holding For Take Off”

    This beautiful lady stopped in for a rest. She was painted with a Nikon D200 using a Nikkor AF-S 300mm f/4 D IF-ED lens, with a Nikkor 1.7 T/C.

    Image Solution:
    focal length @ 765mm / exposure mode @ aperture priority / matrix metering / ISO @ 400 /1/1650sec - f/4 / exposure comp @ -0.3EV / white balance @ cloudy / AF Mode @ AF–C, dynamic range /color mode @ sRGB / tone comp @ +1 degree / hue adjustment @ +1 degree / saturation factor @ +2 degrees / no speedlight / no tripod - hand held, flat on belly.

    Comments greatly appreciated...

Real nice indeed Gus ,love the multi colored BG . Do you try and ID them? Im amazed by the detail your pulling in with a non macro lens. I will have to post some of mine up also i have a good collection. Well captured .

Nice and sharp my friend. I can start to see the bird season is starting to wind down.
