Great pose, details and setting. I might crop a tad off the left and canvas on the right to get the bird a bit out of the center.

Great wing spread. I agree RE the extra canvas on the right and less on the left.

The bird is a bit centered in the frame and the green leaves in the middle of the left wing are distracting. The landing pose and wing spreding is fantastic. More eye contact would be great :-)

Very nice catch, Stuart, it was great to run into you this morning. Agree wit the comments and will add that the image has very nice density to it. Well done!

Also agree with above comments but, I must say, I was trying for that lit-up, splayed wing-position all morning. I'm still waiting on mine, but you got yours. Great work!

Excellent wing position! I also like the separtion between FG and BG. Now why did that twig and leaf have to place itself in front of the bird! There is a tiny white speck above the head that could easily be eliminated. I really don't mind the comp as is but if you must de-centre it I would rather, if you have it, add to the right rather than crop to the left.

Great timing for the landing, and great to see the full wingspread. I agree by moving him to the left would enhance the comp. Well captured Stuart.
