    Nice shot. I like the colors and the eye contact. Agree that it would have been nice if the adult gave you a look as well.

    Thx for the input guys. I actually thought that the mother looking away was a plus as it creates a focal point.

    This is a shot a lot of people have the opportunity to take but never seem to get it looking right.
    Stephen has I think correctly captured the baby as the main focus of the picture, I think a face turn from the mother would have looked "contrived".
    All in all a very good image and a timely reminder that the smaller things are always worth it!

    I am ok with the mother looking the other way. Lot of people make some noise, whistle etc to attract attention of the mother. However, it becomes pretty evident. In this image it appears that the photographer did not intrude as the mom and kid are going about the own business. The low angle has helped.
