    A wild Eagle Lands on a local Wisconsin frozen lake searching for bait left in the area by Ice Fisherman.
    handheld
    20D
    50-500 Sigma
    cropped to a square because I when I originally took the shot I decided all that snow was kind of a waste. So I have left the shot as originally processed (for now)

    You nailed this one Kenn - Wings up in ideal position and landing gear at the ready!! Good detail in dark and light plumage.
    Note your comment re square format but I would like to see just a little more space particularly on left and bottom for eagle to land into.

    Hi Kenn,

    The wings position are very nice. However I think the image is too tight. I also see a lot of noise under the wings but I'm sure you can take care that using any NR software. I think you did well with the panning and exposure.

    Thanks Everyone!.. after my time here Ive come to see the wisdom of more room.. I think I will take a crack at reworking this from the original using all the new things Ive learned.. Im sure it will be better....
