I was photographing a few Ibis when i saw them coming, I only had a small window to take this picture before they disappeared behind the vegetation again.

    Adam:

I find it very effective. Communicates their environment well. Although the head angles are a bit mixed in the ducklings, most of the eyes have a decent catchlight. Mom appears to on alert. The light from the left seems to play up the overall feeling. I like the framing as well.

    Nicely done.

To my eye the light in this image is where it's strength lies. The colors are soft and along with the light create a wonderful mood. In this case I like the cropping which gives me more of a feeling of depth. Well handled!

Great eye contact from the mom, and a lovely family image, with the kids trailing behind. I think the light in this stunning, and they stand out nicely against the darker BG. Well captured.

Very good eye contact.... contacts! I like the low angle, sidelight, dark BG and the story behinf¡d the scene. The stare of the mother is fantastic and I only whish for less overlapping between the ducklings and mom.
