This photo was taken a couple weeks ago, but, because I cut off some of the mourning dove's tail, I had not intended to post the image. However, since I have not been able to get out for a few days, I added a bit of tail and extended the canvas on the bottom just for posting. Hope everything works . . .

    Hey Wendell,
I like the reconstruction of the tail and the added canvas...you now need to clean up what appears to be dust bunnies in the blue sky...

I see a couple of sensor dust spots, but what are those darker black spots ... gnats? Love that dove against the sky color. And did a god job extending the frame!

Kurt, I'll bet you are right! I blew up the RAW file and inspected it carefully, but could not get enough detail to specifically identify the black spots. However, I took a few other photos of this same bird within 30 seconds of this image and found nothing. Thanks for being so observant. You guys are "picky" and I really appreciate it.

Hi Wendell -great job on the tail :) See the dust bunies - but the others are something different IMO.If you wanted to go further I would clone out the OOF branches.
    Good show :)
