How to use 45-Point AAFPS with the MRKIII

Hi i was wondering howe you make the camera use this mode: 45 point AAFPS with the MRK III. And what does it exactly mean AAFPS.
DOn't hope this is to weired a question.

AAFPS is Automatic Autofocus Point Selection.
