    Nikon D2x + NIkon 70-200mm f2.8 VR @ 140mm. ISO 400; 1/4000th @ f4.5. January 2007 at Goose Island State Park, Texas, adjacent to a fish cleaning area, so getting close was not a problem. My original RAW capture was in landscape orientation, but I cropped it vertically and leveled the horizon in PS.

    This is nice. The composition looks good and I like the diagonal of the wings. Good eye contact and sharp. Nice to see so much detail under the wing. Well done.
