    Took this image in Glacier National Park on Logan's Pass ,there were 3 chicks walking around, I did a Topaz Simplify and Poster edge effect

    Lovely effect and colors. I would only be tempted to clean up the plants right behind the head!

    nice eviction, denise. the filter is nice as it leaves decent detail in the eye. i'm wondering what some contrast or a little darkening to the image would do to it.

    cool find! that must have been awesome to see these guys!!!!

    Denise...this is truly one of my favorite out of the boxes so far. It looks like a piece of art, and I would hang it on my wall! The hint of purple in the BG gives it a nice pop of color. I do prefer the repost b/c it brings more attention to the bird which is just sharp enough to really make this a special piece of art. I am envious that you know how to do this type of thing.

    Nice technique Denise. It has a watercolour effect to it. Like it better with the grass behind the beak removed as I found it was the second place my eye went to (after the bird of course:)
