I rook this two years ago in Wyoming in late September. This was the first snow storm of the year. It was somewhat intemidating. All coments are welcome and welcomed.

Impressive image of the approaching storm Wheeler - hope you didn't get caught in it. I like the inclusion of the foreground road as a anchor but there is just a bit too much of the sky above the storm clouds that I think detract from the image some. I recommend trying a pano crop to emphasize the storm clouds a bit more.

    Mac,

I am going to make the same recommendation I made in the previous post, lose some sky. In this case the clearing blue sky at the top - come to just below the beginning of the blue. The mean look of the storm cloud is the show in this image and this will accentuate it.

I agree, much stronger image. The storm clouds really dominate now - as they should.

    Hi Wheeler,
Definitely an improvement in the re-post......as mentioned above......the blue was kind of out of place with the mood. I would recommend adding a sliver more back in the sky though.....so the top white cloud is totally there.....has a nice curve. Nice job with the lighting and the rolling hills leading through the frame. Well done!
