    When I passed this house very early one morning in Calif. I was struck by the vast emptiness of it's surroundings.

    Looks great in BW. Very dramatic. Nice clouds as well.

    Dave, Hard to believe this is CA -It looks like the middle of nowhere!! Very neat! Did you use a fisheye? Your composition is great I love the sky!!

    Impressive image. You definitely caught the vastness around it. Is the house leaning ever-so-slightly to the right, or is it just my eyes?

    Hi David...Shot this using a bubble level so I know I was level. The house is deserted and there seems to be a slight sag in the roof. Also the house wasn't perfectly square...That might fool the eye a bit...

    nice use of the sidelight. the sky is spectacular and the light sets a nice mood. if that is water in the bg, it actually needs some CW rotation.

    Like the comp Dave, it looks so forlorn. If it were mine I would try darkening it a bit overall.
