    Nice bird, light seems a little harsh and I would probably crop a bit closer to remove more of that reflection and diagonal ripple, that appears to give it a tilted look. I checked the bird and it seems to be fairly level. Thanks for posting.

    Cute little subject you got there. Too bad about that ripple, as Akos mentions, but just as big a "problem" is the head angle...the bird is looking slightly away. Good low angle, and exposure seems fine, although I would probably try to tone down the bright reflections on the chest.

    A really nice grebe!
    I find the dust specs a bit distracting but I guess that's about it. The head angle has been mentioned.

    Scott I agree with Akos and Daniel about this image. The low angle is very nice and you did a good job considering the bad light conditions.
