Default Wood Stork in nice light.

Just a classic, serene pose....but the light was great! Captured in Bob's mudhole (might as well name it :-)).

Canon 1DsMII, 600mm f/4L, f/4, 1/1600, +1/3 EV (verified by histogram), ISO 200, tripod with legs out flat....laying in an island of mud in the middle of the waterhole. Evening light.

Great low angle, looks like lying on the mud island paid off :-) There are a couple of hot spots on the bird's plumage that should be easily tamed, but otherwise I'm liking this alot. The colours look great, and the pose is nice with the body slightly turned towards you.

Superb job here Bob. The low angle is fantastic, and light, sharpness, pose. Very good job!
