Here is a repost of my Steller's with more canvas and less sharpening.:) The size and beak are unbelievable They come to the fishing boat for fish scrapes off of Hokkaido on the packice. Reminds me of Homer only they come from from Mongolia.

This is a cool bird. I like the beak, of course, but I also like the exposed, clutched feet. One suggestion would be for a bit more brightness on the face.

Tom I didn´t see your previous post but this one is fantastic. Love the action and the species is one of my favourite raptors in the world. I have seen ths sea eagles in captivity and, yeah, the bill is really huge. magnificent bird.
I have been playing a bit in PS with your image and after having a look at the levels I think that it clearly needs a levels adjustment. Well, I think that it is better to say that this image can be adjusted in a different way because it is a question of personal taste. Isn´t it? ;)

I would go for a wider composition with more room for the bird to flight (I added some room in my repost just to give you an idea of what I am talking about). I also reworked the dark areas in the plumage and add a touch of sharpening to the eye and body of the bird. Once again, a superb image. Congratulations!
