    Default Cheetah Eating Kill

This image was created in the Mara Triangle, Kenya. This is pretty close to full frame, and there is no more at the bottom. Also the light is a little strong, but the cheetah refused to wait for better light before eating her impala calf catch. It is a slide scan so no detailed exposure data is available. Hope you like my image. Thanks for looking. C and C welcome, I'm here to learn.

I hate when animals refuse to cooperate :)

Great to catch the peak of the action, and I like the shape of the legs, he looks like a fancy chair.

Good real life scene. I too like the way the rear legs are positioned. Kind of gives a feeling for how powerful they are.

    John,
I understand. This situation in better light would have been great. However, we have to use the best of what we get. You have got an interesting perspective. The lower angle shows up the legs in an unusual way. Thanks for sharing.

Great behavorial but as with so many shots from equatorial Kenya the light is harsh (I have thousands of them) I like the comp and the low angle....

Who cares about the light when the action presents itself in front of you? THe light would be an even bigger bonus. :) Congrats!
