    Hi all --

This image is heavily cropped. I also did a bit of lightening and sharpening around the eye.

A calm morning so couldn't take advantage of wind slowing them down. I didn't expect to see swallows, as I went for warblers and kinglets, but couldn't pass up taking the test. I'd grade it a C. What do you think? too easy a grader?

Your input is always appreciated. (Sometimes I don't listen and yield to temptation to click even when I know the results are not likely to be even close to optimal. Sorry Alfred.)

Hi Kent - did well with the pose and the eye contact.

The extreme crop is hurting you here with a bit of noise and a lack of detail.

    Keep em coming.

    Hi Kent,
I like the composition and capture...the reflection is a plus, agree with Mr. Peters on the lack of details...looking forward to your next one...

Hi Kent this is one of those times it pays to click !!! Love the final image and one I would have missed !!!

Very appealing and different ... now you only need to do the same full frame natural vertical :) !!!!
