    Happy Easter to all:

My family always has fun decorating our Easter eggs. This year, I was on a bit of a bird theme, and did this Sandhill crane. I am afraid it is a bit beat up from being hidden and recovered this AM, but I thought it was kind of cute.

    D1X 55mm f/2.8 micro, handheld, natural light

Sorry about the head turn, I waited, but it didn't help.

    Cheers

Neat idea! The green is a bit noisy. :)

    Axel:

I think the 'noise' in the green has more to do with my egg dying tech. rather than my photo technique! :):)

That is what I meant, although I'm not sure if 'noisy egg-dying technique' is a real word. :)

    Judy:

thanks. I am not very artistic really, and its kind of hard to draw on a curved surface, but it was lots of fun!
