Converted this to B and W and painted the lifeguard chair back in. FF. Wide angle lens. The lighting was a bit harsh but I thought it added to the desolate feel.
    Comments Appreciated.

Hey Jackie, Very strong comp! The red chair and it's placement works very well here. I also like how you filled the sky void with an interesting cloud. The time of day, due to the conversion, doesn't play a big part in the image. Nicely handled!

Jackie, I agree with Dave very strong comp., I like the use of a wide angle lens it really adds to the desolate feel.

Strong image nicely conceived. Perhaps a little burning/contrast to the cloud would bring out some shapes in it.

LOVE the repost!!! Love it even more than the original. Excellent image, Jackie. That splash of red is so perfect here. I especially love the low angle and the use of the WA lens.

I like the effect. I'd darken the sky in the right of the image and boost contrast so that the cloud pops out.

    Jackie,
WOW. I really like this image a lot. I like how you dodge/burned the cloud in the repost too. Excellent choice converting this to b&w then selective coloring the red chair back in. Nice.
    A great image.

The second one does it Jackie. Love the way you used the wide angle on this image.
