    Perfect placement of the eye framed between the two blades of grass. I would try and bring out some detail in the other eye if possible.

    I love the image. The only thing to make it better would be to see the other eye in the same way. I would be tempted to crop a little more from below. This is still fabulous.

    Two other comments if you don't mind:

    1) Please indicate your equipment and settings for the shot
    2) More for me I guess, but I would love to know what species of Owl this is?

    I like the angle and alert look, the composition works for me and I don't mind that we see only one eye. It is a short-eared owl, right?

    Please do post the techs.

    Great catch on the eye - nice and sharp. I'd crop a bit off the bottom.

    I love it! Great comp, great light, great detail, colors and ambient, less DOF would've improved this image, but it looks terrific as it is! Congratualitons!
