    Hi Scott - like the fanned tail - looks a tad soft on my screen - I am guessing that your point of focus was not on the birds head/eye (The first 1/3 of the perch looks to be sharper) looks like you had fairly harsh light which is always going to make a black and white bird difficult to expose, your capture angle is a little steep and the would like to seethe head turned a litte towards the camera.

    There also appears to be something funky on the RHS wing.

    Hi Scott,
    I agree with Mr. Peters' assessment. I see noise in the background and blue cone marks on the bird's wing...looking forward to your next one...:cool:
