    Got this while the Greenfinch was "sliding" down the perch. We had a heck of a snowstorm that day, as you can see from the horizontal snowstreaks.

    EOS 1D MIII, 500 + 1.4, f/7.1, 1/200s, ISO 640.

    Neat as it is but a raised head would have given you a stronger image !!!! Love that bg !!!!!

    I like the composition and BG and agree regarding the position of the head.

    The BG is excellent, but I have to agree with previous comments that the head would have been better if it were raised.
