Sierra Sunset- HDR version

Same shot as before, but my first try at HDR. I did a bit more saturation and added a bit of contrast.
Comments welcome.

Of course I am on the laptop again so will need to take a closer look on my better monitor later. I do like the transition from dark mountain to bright sky - dynamic contrast. Again on the laptop but the whites in the sky look pretty hot.

I would say after getting on a better monitor that the sky in the first image is much more interesting. You can blend the one exposure from the series with the best sky with this one to get a good result IMO. I have done it before. Just copy it in as a layer into the HDR image and start painting black on a mask.

Hey Steve,
Agree with Robert on the sky.......looks to hot in this version......but for me the mountain is nicer. Like Robert's suggestion of the merge.
