What species is this, and is it captive? (If so don't forget to indicate it in your thread). You've nailed the exposure here, and sharpness is pretty good, although possibly on the slight oversharpened side of things in some spots. The biggest detriment to the image is head angle...the bird is looking away. Best to wait until its head is lined up at least parallel to the sensor plane (and preferably a few degrees towards) before hitting the shutter :-)
