    Default Black-eyed Susans

Another black-eyed susan photo from last year.

    My post-processing was as follows:
Desaturated a bit with a channel mixer layer set at 45% opacity
Duplicated everything in a new layer and set it to overlay with 15% opacity
Duplicated everything again, applied some gaussian blur, and set that layer to 50% opacity
Duplicated the unblurred image, placed it on top at 25% opacity
Applied a very faint cream vignette around the edges

    Any C&C are welcome!

I like the overall feel a lot The desat works well and sets the tone Might like to see the flower a more off center and a vertical crop might not be a bad idea with the long stems !!!

Alfred, thanks for the suggestions. I'll try recropping to move the flowers a little more off center. Unfortunately I don't have enough room to do a vertical crop, but I'll remember that for next time.
