    I captured this image on Artie's Post X-mas SW FL IPT at Little Estero Lagoon.

    Canon 1D3 with 500mm on Gitzo 1325 tripod and Wimberley head, AV mode, ISO 640, 1/1600, f/5.6, +1 1/3 exp comp.

    Great light, pose and details. I might add a little bit room on the right and there is a slight sharpening halo.

    Very nice work, Lori. Great pose, attractive background, and good exposure. A little room on the right would be nice, but this composition works as well. The plumage works to load up the left side of the frame, and you've got just enough room on the right to make your subject seem comfortable. Just a little sharpening halo noticable on this clunky CRT, probably more pronounced on an LCD. I think you did a fine job on this one.

    The light here was kind to you Lori giving a beautiful soft appearence to white plumage. A very nice composition.
