Beautiful individual you got here. I would probably desaturate the blues a bit as the sky is a bit too punchy. I would also crop about half the space between tail and edge to strenghten the comp. I do like the perch coming in one way and the bird perched the other. Are the smudges on the perch at left caused by your post-processing?

Very nice Layton. I find the angle a little steep. Is this a Swallow-tail Kite? Very neat looking character with a great head angle to boot. I think the exp is great too. Cheers. :)
