Said the Black-winged Stilt as I was trying to capture his/her image. :) Photographed at Mason Park, near Sydney Olympic Park. Full frame.

Not sure if it needs more NR? Looks bright on my screen, but I am at work now. :(

I love the pose and open mouth here Akos. I agree on some more NR on the BG. I think it needs a little CCW rotation but I'm not sure. The bird is sharp with great feather detail and a nice light. Well done.

That's what happens when you get too many pics of yourself taken!!

Agree on needing soe more NR on the BG. Well done!

Nice pose, love the view of the tongue! Neat how we can see the foot underwater. NR on BG wouldn't hurt, and there is a dark halo (sharpening?) along edge of top of head, chest, and left edges of legs.

I agree 100% with the above comments, I would also suggest birghtening the eye just a bit, a little lower point of view would've improved this one but I don't know if that was possible, any way I like the light and the open bill a lot Akos! Congratulations!

Great light, pose and details. NR has been mentioned and maybe a slightly wider crop by adding canvas top and right.
