    From last weekend at Shark Valley. Just re sized and converted to jpg

    Nikon D3, Nikon 70-200vr w/ 1.7tc @ 290mm, F4.8, 1/2000, ISO 400, Manual Mode.

    Hi Oscar,
    A nice sharp capture, I like the down stroke on the wings, and the details...The point of capture is past you, the bird is flying away...:eek: It's best getting them before the mid point on the eye...by the way, the eye is sharp, and I like the color rendition. :cool:

    Good job on the capture Oscar..everything else covered..Adding some canvas to the right would help with the flying out of the frame.

    Very nice Oscar. Like the downstroke and exposure. The heron just got by you a bit.

    Great comments !!! Wing position wise would like the see the full downstroke, just looks elegant !!!

    Hi Oz - agree with Gus's comments - just that fraction to late - still as far as SOC goes - cant beat a D3.

    Oscar, I almost missed this one! Great job w/ the exposure,love the dangling feet-Well done.
