The egrets have been busy nest building at Wakodahatchee the past few days and this is an image I took a couple days ago.

Judy, Nice composition and I love the open mouth. The BG is lovely, but I am seeing some spots. Nice details on the wings.

Love the underwing feather details, the splayed tail feathers and those trailing plumes! The open beak and green lores add to the image as well. Thanks for sharing!

In my monitor I see some little hot whites, but the pose, light and comp are wonderfull, big congratulations!
May I suggest lightening the eye a bit?

Lovely capture Judy. The open bill makes it even better. I too see a couple of possible dust spots (about 1 inch from the bird's bill - just below and to the right).

Nice wingspread Judy Lynn. Lovely pose and action. I wish the eye was a little lighter. Thanks for posting. :)
